I’m heading to Kawartha Highlands on July 25-27 for the first backcountry trip with my folding (origami) kayak. Since its been many years (…decades) since my last paddling trip, I’m keeping this one easy .
I’ll be parking at the Coon Lk access point, paddling down Coon Lk, then doing a 680 meter portage to Little Turtle Lk. I’ll be staying on site 470 on Little Turtle Lk for two nights.
